We wish to reassure clients of our business continuity plans considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, in order to ensure that your PayDashboard service remains unaffected. We understand that at times like this our clients are relying on us to deliver their payroll data, and where options for printed payslips or access to networked HR systems may not be available or be cost prohibitive, we want to help. Please reach out to one of our team to discuss further if you have any questions or require any support.
The headline: We are set up to handle this
As a dynamic SaaS business, our infrastructure is already in place to deal with situations like this. Our staff already worked from home (occasionally or regularly) prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, and they have the facilities and procedures in place to continue this on a more sustained level over the coming weeks. We can undertake all customer training, user support and business operations remotely and securely via online web tools.
Therefore, we are confident you will experience no outward change to your PayDashboard service over the coming months.
We are also equipped to help other businesses at this difficult time. Our staff can support you with implementation, communication materials, and even set up your clients/payrolls on the portal on your behalf. We have today introduced flexible new client contracts and new client training packages to help companies who find themselves with difficulties delivering payslips to employees at this time. Book a demo here or submit an enquiry and one of our team will contact you.
New feature launching for clients - 09:00 Wednesday 18th March
Following three independent questions from clients we are writing a new report in PayDashboard that will be available within the next 24 hours and will allow an accounting firm or payroll bureau to export a list of the main contacts for each of their clients, in order to issue their own COVID-19 updates to clients.
Protecting our staff and our business
Our primary concern is protecting the health and wellbeing of our staff, our clients and our prospective clients. As is the case for many SMEs in the UK at this time, we have also taken steps to ensure that when any of our staff become infected we limit the infection spreading through the business, and ensure that all teams are sufficiently resourced at all times so that business critical functions are always covered with no disruption to our clients.
Our staff already have the option of flexible and remote working with many of them working from home occasionally or permanently. As such we have already assessed the security risk and put in place robust systems and policies to manage and mitigate this.
We understand that the main concern for our clients will be the ongoing provision of PayDashboard customer and technical support. As of 16th March, our frontline and technical escalation teams have all moved to remote working. Incoming support calls will be directed in the usual way with no interruption to the service, and email support ticketing will function as usual.
In the event of illness of the core support team, members of the wider team have been trained in frontline customer support, and our product development team will provide technical support.
Customer Success, Onboarding and Implementation
Our Account Managers have also moved to remote working and are equipped with the tools that they need to facilitate training sessions and product implementation via online meeting tools. Most of our new customer implementation is already carried out remotely, and there will be no disruption to the onboarding experience for new customers.
New Business Enquiries
For prospective customers who have concerns about delivering payslips and P60s in the coming months, our sales team are here to help. We can offer remote product demos via webex, telephone consultations, and have also introduced short term contracts and free group training via webex for businesses who require an interim solution for payslip delivery over the next few months.
This is a difficult time for everyone – both business and individuals. On behalf of the whole team at PayDashboard, we wish you the best of health at this time.
