We are delighted to announce that Experian won the Digital Services Company of the Year in recognition of its Verification Services technology.

The award was granted for Experian’s Verification Services, of which PayDashboard forms a part.

Experian’s Verification Services

The service comprises three key capabilities:

1. Work Report allows lenders– with consumer consent – to access an individual’s verified income and employment data in seconds. This reduces the risk of fraud and eliminates insecure and inefficient sharing of payslips
2. PayDashboard helps employers to overcome common HR and payroll challenges, such as supporting employee financial wellness, reducing time spent manually sharing payslips, and engaging employees with important communications on their pay and remuneration.
3. Open Data Platform is a secure, cloud-based platform providing API connectivity to payroll data for 21m employees, growing to 25m by the end of 2023.

Consumer applications for financial services often requires sharing 3-6 months of verified employment data. Sharing payslips is time-consuming, inefficient, and subject to fraud from the sharing of false documents.

For lenders – processes are digitised, an individual’s income and employment is accurately verified and fraud is reduced.

For employers – HR teams improve employee engagement with benefits, while payroll teams reduce the number of pay queries received each month.

For employees – pay and tax issues can be resolved independently, financial literacy is improved, and access to financial services is improved
