The Payroll Services Summit 2019
Thursday 17th October, London
The challenges faced by payroll teams in a bureau are completely different to those faced by in-house payroll teams. This event, designed specifically for firms running a payroll service, will feature insights from key speakers with a background in the industry.
You'll have the opportunity to hear from some of the leading UK payroll professionals working in payroll services, and understand how they have overcome their own challenges in order to achieve their personal or professional objectives.
You'll also have the chance to network with other industry professionals and the speakers over post-event drinks.
Who should attend?
Partners of accounting firms who have responsibility for the outsourced payroll service in their company, and senior Heads of Payroll or Payroll Managers working in a payroll bureau environment.

In this session Karen will share her challenges and successes throughout her career. Karen always looks to inspire and motivate people to reach their goals, whether 15 year old school students, or fellow professionals. Is the payroll industry embracing technology?
Are organisations aware of the technology and innovations which can improve and shape their business or are they accepting limitations to enable one system to be utilised for all their payroll needs? Maria will discuss the available options to the payroll industry and if they are being embraced and implemented effectively. She will talk through the changes she has made at BDO, including how she has invested in different systems to complete different tasks, and how embracing technology and utilising the appropriate software for each objective, has allowed the company to dramatically improve efficiencies and output.
