PayDashboard won the Customer Service award on 7th December at Reward Strategy's annual recognition event, and were also Highly Commended for the Technology and Innovation categories.
We don't talk about our brilliant customer success team nearly enough, but upon entering PayDashboard into the Reward Strategy's TheRewards, it became apparent that we had something to shout about. Our Head of Marketing, Laura Hughes gained access to the support software to gather statistics for the award submission. They revealed that over the year, there was 100% customer satisfaction with our online chat function, and an average support ticket respond time of 92 seconds!
So of course we were thrilled when we were shortlisted for three categories: Customer Service, Technology, and Innovation (for our Moneysmart brand). To our absolute delight we walked away with the Customer Service award. This is an honour and true testament to the incredible work our support (and wider) teams put in on a daily basis.
