PayDashboard clients will no doubt be familiar with Christian Howes, Customer Success Manager, and one half of the integral client-facing team. Christian joined the team at in 2019 after a successful career in the Finance sector, both as a stock broker and mortgage advisor.
But the world of software came calling. Before joining us, he worked as an Account Manager for a food manufacturing compliance software provider before finding his way to PayDashboard.
We sat down with Christian to get to know him a little more.
Q: What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
C: I really enjoy meeting and talking with our clients - helping them to get the maximum benefit from the product.
Q: What are your favourite PayDashboard attributes?
C: The efficiency piece really stands out to me. I like being behind a product that enhances peoples’ lives and helps them to be more efficient.
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
C: I spend most of my time transporting my daughter and her horse to one-day or three-day events, these include dressage, show-jumping, and cross-country. It’s almost another full-time job (laughs).
Q: How many horses do you own?
C: We have one little pony and one horse, but I don’t ride!
Q: Now that travel is back to normal, where do want to go on your next holiday?
C: Probably the South of France. We love it there.
Q: What’s your favourite food?
C: Definitely Indian
Q: If an alien landed on Earth and offered you the chance to see the whole Universe, on the condition that you would miss 100 years on Earth, would you go?
C: Nope, I don’t think so!
Q: What’s a fun fact about you that you’d like to share?
C: When I was much younger, I was on holiday in the South of France with my family, walking along the crowded promenade. I bent down to tie my brother’s shoelaces and as I stood up, I almost bumped into Joan Collins’ cigarette. She was on the promenade that day. For some reason I'll always remember it!
