Pay Dashboard Pay Dashboard

Fairway Training, a payroll bureau specialising in NHS pensions and payroll, implemented a branded PayDashboard portal for their clients as part of their mission to deliver a market leading payroll service.

Fairway Training use Sage 50 to process payroll for over 700 clients. In Summer 2017, the vast majority of the payslips that Fairway Training processed were distributed via print and post, with a small number of clients receiving emailed PDF payslips. Managing Director Andrew Shirley was keen to move clients to an online solution, and decided that PayDashboard offered the best solution linking to Fairway’s mission statement.

By implementing PayDashboard, Fairway Training have cut their paper payslip production by over 49% in just 9 months and stopped emailing payslips completely.

Why a branded portal mattered to Fairway Training

Fairway Training's business is built on the foundation of providing a friendly, client-centric service. This has seen their business grow largely through word of mouth and client referrals. Any portal used by Fairway Training was going to be one of the most prominent client-facing parts of their payroll service, so would be a great opportunity to promote their brand as well. Branding the PayDashboard portal with their logo and colours, and having their name at the forefront of the portal seen by their clients and by their clients’ employees, offered a valuable opportunity to build on their brand awareness and generate further word of mouth referrals.

The client perspective

Andrew Shirley, Managing Director at Fairway Training, comments that “PayDashboard is both professional and creative. Our clients love it and as Company Director, I am committed to ensuring that our clients have the best possible payroll solution and that is why PayDashboard is the chosen partner for us.”
